Florida Atlantic University was established in 1961 as the 5th public university in Florida. It opened its doors with a dedication by Lyndon Johnson, the sitting President of the United States. Florida Atlantic University Application Requirements

First-time freshmen have general requirements based on high school units taken to include:

Tuition and Financial Aid

According to the National Center for Education Statistics, tuition and fees for full time, first-time undergraduate students is $4,831 for in-state tuition. It’s $17,276 for out-of-state tuition. Florida Atlantic University estimates their tuition and fees, based on 30 credits per semester, at $6,099 for Florida residents. It’s $21,595 for non-Florida residents. International students are considered out-of-state residents and will qualify for out-of-state or non-Florida resident rates.
