The 20 top art colleges profiled here scored the highest among schools with maximum enrollment of 6,000 students and a net price (per College Navigator) of $31,000 USD or less. Schools appear here in order of points earned in our ranking; in the event of a points tie, schools with lower net price are ranked higher.
