Deadline: May 22nd

Annually, the United Negro College Fund will provide the Ashley Stewart UNCF Scholarship for $5,000. It’s for two minority female students who are beginning their sophomore or junior year of baccalaureate study. It must be at a participating historically black college or university. Required is enrolling full-time as a major in an accredited program in:

3. Business Plan Scholarship for Students with Disabilities

Deadline: April 1st or November 1st

Fit Small Business created the Business Plan Scholarship for Students with Disabilities. It grants $1,000 cash prizes biannually to those diagnosed with disabling conditions incuding:

  • physical
  • medical
  • mental
  • behavioral

Qualified participants must be enrolled at least half-time at accredited U.S. colleges or trade schools with business administration majors. Before the deadline, students must submit an original 500 to 1,000-word essay. It will describe what they’ve learned from writing business plans.

4. Dan M. Reichard Jr. Scholarship

Deadline: June 15th

The Dan M. Reichard Jr. Scholarship is bestowed by the American Public Transportation Foundation. It offers up to $2,500 yearly to college undergraduates. They must be  studying business administration or management for entering the transit industry. To qualify for these scholarships for business majors, candidates must:

The Distributive Education Clubs of America funds two Don DeBolt DECA Scholarships. It awards $2,000 each year to collegiate members who demonstrate genuine interest in pursuing franchising and entrepreneurship careers. Eligible recipients for these scholarships for business majors must:

The Eddie Queen Business Aviation Scholarship honors his 58-year career as a Signature Flight Support technician. The $2,500 scholarship is awarded annually by the National Business Aviation Association. Interested applicants must:

The Hawaii Community Foundation’s George Mason Business Scholarship Fund was established by Pacific Business News. It annually awards $1,500 to college seniors who are graduating from accredited, non-profit institutions in Hawaii. Qualified undergraduates must:

10. Jacki Tuckfield Memorial Scholarship

The Jacki Tuckfield Memorial Scholarship is sponsored by the Miami Foundation. It awards $22,000 each year in remembrance of an accomplished CEO who died suddenly at age 25. Eligible African Americans must:
